SLO County Septic ("we") operates this website to collect quote requests for septic pumping and inspection services in San Luis Obispo County.

Information we collect

When you submit the quote form, we collect the information you provide: name, phone, email, city/ZIP, service type, preferred timing, message, property type, and whether the request relates to a real estate transaction.

How we use it

We use lead information to respond to your request, schedule or refer service, and improve our response process. We do not sell personal information as a primary business model on this page set; leads may be shared with a service partner who can fulfill pumping or inspection work.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand traffic and improve the site; Google may set cookies or similar technologies for that purpose. We also use basic hosting logs.

Storage

By default, form submissions are stored on the server (see project README). If email delivery (e.g. Resend) is configured later, copies may also be sent to the operator inbox.
